Before you visit
How long does delivery take?
Bespoke orders usually take 2–3 weeks. We’ll confirm the expected timing when your order is placed.
Do you offer a comfort trial?
Yes. The 100-night comfort trial gives you time to settle in. If you’re unhappy, we’ll arrange an exchange or refund under the trial terms.
Can you take away my old mattress?
Yes, old mattress removal is included. Please tell us when arranging your delivery.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We currently deliver to mainland UK only.
